Work at Jay’s GN of Pennsylvania in 1997 consisted of rebuilding the engine and transmission with Champion cylinder heads, forged pistons, Lunati cam, stainless steel driver’s side header, Art Carr four-speed automatic transmission, and transmission oil cooler. Additional work completed in 2019 at Richard Clark’s Garage of North Carolina included fitting an overhauled four-speed automatic transmission, a Precision Turbo PT5858BB turbocharger, an RJC front-mount intercooler, a DW 300 fuel pump, a custom-tuned ECU chip, Bilstein shock absorbers, and Eibach lowering springs, and replacing the rear main seal, throttle body gasket, vacuum lines, valve cover gaskets, body bushings, upper and lower ball joints, and bumper fillers. Power is provided by a turbocharged 3. 8-liter V6, and the car is finished in black over two-tone black and Sand Gray upholstery. Equipment includes 15″ chrome wheels, a rear spoiler, a Delco AM/FM/cassette stereo, air conditioning, and cruise control. The car is finished in Black (19) and features a sculpted hood, an automatic power antenna, a rear window defogger, sport mirrors, a decklid spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets. Work in 2019 consisted of replacing the body bushings and installing Spoolfool bumper fillers. Paint meter readings are displayed in the gallery. There are dents in the doors and there is a crack in the right taillight bezel. The photos in the gallery were captured in April 2023.
