The car was delivered from the factory in Candy Apple Red and was repainted in 2003, at which time the left rear quarter panel was replaced and a replacement windshield, chrome bumpers, and soft top were installed. The 14â³ steel wheels wear covers and are mounted with 195/75 Uniroyal Tiger Paw tires that were installed in 2020. Braking is handled by front and rear drums. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl and equipped with lap belts. The front seats were reupholstered in 2001, at which time the carpets and dash pad were replaced and a cassette radio was installed. The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, amperage, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer has rolled over and shows 44k miles. The replacement 289ci V8 was rebuilt and installed in 2001, at which time a replacement clutch and alternator were installed.
