Subsequent work involved installing a rebuilt 2. 5-liter 200Tdi turbodiesel inline-four, five-speed manual transmission, and dual-range transfer case, refinishing the frame, replacing the bulkhead and doors and repainting the truck green with a white roof, overhauling the suspension, and refreshing the interior. Equipment includes a locking center differential, power steering, white 16â³ steel wheels, air conditioning, inward-facing rear jump seats, Focal speakers, and a Blaupunkt stereo with Bluetooth connectivity. The bulkhead, doors, handles, and hinges were replaced and the aluminum body panels were repainted green with a white roof before the truck was reassembled with stainless-steel hardware during the refurbishment. Exterior details include LED lighting, black wheel arch flares, folding side and rear steps, mud flaps, sliding side windows, a rear ladder, and a receiver hitch. The 16â³ steel wheels were powder-coated white and mounted with 235/85 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 tires, and a matching spare is affixed to the swing-out rear door. The truck is equipped with power steering and braking is handled by front discs and rear drums. The suspension was overhauled with SuperPro bushings. Replacement Exmoor Trim three-across front and second-row seats and inward-facing rear jump seats are upholstered in black leather and joined by a matching dashboard pad and door panels. The seatbelts, air conditioning system, and heater were also replaced, Dynamat sound insulation material was applied to the floors, and black aluminum shift knobs were installed along with Focal speakers and a Blaupunkt stereo with Bluetooth connectivity.
