A subsequent refurbishment included installing a Datsun 280Z-sourced powertrain consisting of an overbored 2. 8-liter L28 inline-six and a five-speed manual gearbox as well as performing rust repairs, refinishing the body in yellow, fitting aftermarket exhaust components, and overhauling the brakes and 16â³ basketweave-style wheels. The car is further equipped with rear window louvers, black vinyl and microsuede upholstery, a heater, a Panasonic CD stereo linked to Kenwood speakers, and a MOMO steering wheel. Additional work included replacing the windshield, door handles, side marker lights, and rubber exterior seals as well as installing polished stainless-steel bumpers. The windshield washer system is inoperative. Stopping is provided by power-assisted front disc and rear drum brakes. The bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl and microsuede. Appointments include a heater, a Panasonic CD stereo linked to Kenwood speakers, and a center console. The MOMO three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer, while auxiliary gauges are housed at the top of the center stack. Total mileage is unknown.
