This 1988 Lincoln Town Car was converted to a limousine in 1988 by Corporate Coachworks of Springfield, Missouri, and subsequently owned by actor Larry Hagman, who was best known for his role as J. R. Ewing on the TV show Dallas. Powered by a 5. 0L V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, the limo has a widened rear body and is finished in Dark Cabernet Clearcoat Metallic over maroon leather upholstery. The custom rear cabin has a glass sunroof, wood cabinetry, two bench seats, a television, and an overhead console. Work in preparation for the sale reportedly involved replacing the vinyl roof cover as well as repairing the sunroof, servicing the brakes, and recharging the air conditioning refrigerant. The car left the factory finished in Dark Cabernet Clearcoat Metallic, and a replacement black vinyl roof cover was reportedly installed in preparation for the sale. The body has been widened behind the front doors, and a boomerang-style TV antenna is mounted on the rear decklid.
