The factory transmission was replaced in 2004 by authorized DeLorean Service Center. The lowering is more of an appearance issue than anything else. It remains at a comfortable height for entering and exiting. The headliner, front and rear fascia were all replaced at the DMC Service Center. The stainless steel body panels are straight, and look good but do have very minor marks typical of a driver quality car with 25,000 miles - nothing stands out obviously. The rear taillight circuit boards were replaced at the same time as the rear fascia.
