This completely restored 1940 Ford Sedan Delivery has a great history. It was purchased new by the Police Department of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin where it was used until 1963. The previous owner, who owned and operated a body shop, gave it a total frame off restoration that was completed with a lot of attention to detail. All the gaps are excellent and all panels are flat and straight. The car has some great upgrades, including finned aluminum Edelbrock heads, electrical system upgraded to 12V with 12V alternator, electronic ignition, aluminum intakes with dual carburetors, Fenton cast iron headers with dual exhaust, the appropriate grill guard, wing tips on the bumpers, twin mirrors, directional lights, fog lights, and more. He also took the time to put in electric wipers and a hidden stereo with excellent sound quality. It does not include a spare tire and jack.
