The exterior of the car has zero rust or blistering paint. It does have some chips and minor dings associated with being driven. I don't have any painter connections where I live now but when I lived in Colorado I knew a couple of painters that could make the existing paint on this car appear show quality for under a thousand. A painter simply needs to be good at color matching and blending and chips/imperfections will disappear. My advice is to re-clear the car to achieve uniformity because most painters have trouble blending clear.
