1941 Chevy AK Truck. All original steel not fiberglass. The truck sets on a custom 2x4 rectangular tube frame that has been Z'ed front and back. Drop soild front axle and S-10 rear on coil overs and a 4 link with a panhard bar. The body has been chopped and also channeled over the frame. Original front tilt out window frame and window regulators all work like they should and have tinted glass. Dynomat has been installed through out the entire cab and has plenty of room for tall passengers. I drive it alot and I am 6'2" 220lb. I have made many long trips on the freeway in it with ease. Cruises great at 75 all day long. Drivetrain is all Chevy. Small block 350 from a mid 70's Corvette and a TH350 trans. The engine is mostly stock with just an aluminum Edelbrock intake and a Holley 600 4 barrel carb with electric choke. The Sanderson zoomies can except baffles but it really isn't to bad just open header. This Hot Rod starts right up, drive straight, stops straight and corners good. There is alot of hot rods that look the part but really don't drive good. This one is not just a looker, I drive it and drive it alot. It does have a few paint chips from driving an open wheeled hot rod but their really not that noticable. It is car show ready and will win awards at every show it goes to. If you don't like attention this truck isn't for you. You literally can't drive it anywhere without getting noticed.
