Year:1965 Make:Pontiac Model:Other Mileage:87800 I am selling my very solid 1965 Pontiac 2+2 coupe because I was fortunate enough to be able to buy back a 1966 2+2 HO coupe that I reluctantly sold 20 years ago to finance another project.This is a Wyoming/North Dakota car. It still has the original WG coded 4 barrel engine in it that the prior owner had added a correct 3x2 setup and HO exhaust manifolds. The engine was rebuilt prior to me buying it, so I am guessing that it has about 6000 miles on the rebuild. It runs VERY well and VERY strong. I have driven it about 5000 miles in the time that I have owned it. The car does very well. It had a Mallory ignition on it when I purchased the car and it performs fine.It has power steering and manual brakes that were recently serviced.The 4 speed transmission shifts perfectly and doesn't grind or make any noise. The car does have the original 3.42 Positraction rear end.This is not a heavily optioned car and I do have PHS.The car comes with original Hurst wheels. The tires have less than 1000 miles on them. The 3 carburetors were been professionally rebuilt last summer.I has a very nice exhaust system with an X pipe that is a bit more aggressive than stock but not crazy. It does get the car noticed!The interior was recently redone, including the seats, door panels, headliner, carpet and package tray. The dash pad is perfect and the dash bezel is very nice. I added an AM/FM radio.The car is not a show car but is a very presentable above-average solid driver quality car that you will not be ashamed of.3 things do not work: windshield washers, clock and fuel gauge.
