The worn white bodywork and shortened bed are mounted to a fabricated rectangular-tube chassis, and the truck rides on an adjustable suspension with air springs, CPP shocks, tubular control arms, and a four-link rear setup along with 15â³ Center Line Convo Pro wheels with M&H drag tires. Power is provided by a 5. 7-liter Vortec V8 and routed through a four-speed automatic transmission and a Currie 9â³ rear end featuring 31-spline axles, a limited-slip differential, and 4. 11:1 gears, and further equipment includes a BTR camshaft, a Holley intake manifold and ECU, fabricated stainless-steel headers, unassisted Wilwood disc brakes, and rack-and-pinion steering. The cab was refreshed with black and houndstooth upholstery, Vintage Air climate control, a Lokar shifter, Dakota Digital gauges, a Kenwood Bluetooth head unit, and revised audio components. The chrome rear bumper was raised and the exhaust system terminates ahead of the rear wheels through the quarter panels. The factory long-bed was shortened approximately 20â³ and and raised before being fitted with custom aluminum wheel tubs during the build, and the pine bed slats are separated by metal runners. Five-spoke Center Line Convo Pro 15â³ wheels wear M&H Racemaster tires measuring 26Ã8. 5â³ up front and 325/50 out back. The truck rides on an independent front suspension with a Detroit Speed rack-and-pinion steering system along with Slam Specialties adjustable air springs, a CPP sway bar and shocks, and a four-link rear setup with a Panhard bar.
