Chevrolet Camaro R/SThis 1969 Chevrolet Camaro convertible is finished in its original factory paint code 71- Lemans Blue w/Blue cloth upholstery. This car includes a newer white convertible soft top, The Original 350 motor was replaced around 1972 with another 350ci GM3970010, which was the correct casting numbers block. The carburetor has just been gone through. Headers added and a newer dual exhaust. This 350 engine is still paired with its original numbers correct bell housing and its original Saginaw four-speed manual transmission. 14? Rally-style wheels and caps, chrome bumpers, and lap belts. This Camaro convertible was acquired by the current owner 33 years ago in 1991 from his father. The car left the factory finished in Lemans Blue and has had a repaint and a new top sometime in the last 10 years. The 14? Rally-style wheels are wrapped in 205/70R14 Goodyear Eagle ST tires for that perfect nostalgic look. Braking is handled by front power disc and rear drums. The interior features front 714 Dark Blue cloth bucket seats, separated with the R/S center console with its classic gages. Interior appointments include lap belts, a locking glove box, and a cabin heater w/ its original factory air. (the air is not currently working. May need the compressor rebuilt or replaced to a newer system) The original AM/FM radio still works perfectly. Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer and a factory 7000 rpm tac. The five-digit odometer only shows 15,632.4 k miles. ( we would put these miles in the unknown category) This car is a very good quality driver car. We have left the undercarriage in its original state to show what great shape itâs in with excellent floors and inner frame and fenders.
