Childs & Albert Dura Moly ZGS (Zero Gap 2nd) rings, 906 cast iron heads (Ported/Polished and Flowed to match cam and piston profile, flows same as ported Edlebrock Performer Aluminum heads) with larger 2.14â/1.81â Manley Stainless Steel valves and hardened seats. Lunati solid cam [adv dur. 306/316, 249/261@.050â, 0.518âInt./0.540â Exh.], Harland Sharp 1.5 Roller Rockers/Hardened MP Rocker Shafts, ATI Super Damper. Forged steel crank internally balanced, ARP rod and crank bolts, 8 quart oil pan with high volume deep sump, high vol oil pump, and windage tray. Exhaust System: Hooker Headers [ 1 7/8â primary tubes and a 3â collector], 3â exhaust with H-Pipe through 3â 3 chamber stainless Steel Flow Masters, to 2 ½â over the rear end and out the back finished with chrome tips. Ignition System: MSD 7AL-2 with Pro Power Coil, Mallory Comp 9,000 distributor, and Fire Core 50 wires. Charging System: Modern Denso 120 AMP Alternator charges the trunk mounted battery, to more than fully power all accessories and 7AL 2 even at idle. Fuel System: Fuel comes from a 15 gallon Harwood fuel Cell through a Mallory Comp 250 fuel pump, Barry Grant 5000 filter, ½â braided line, to a Barry Grant 2 port plus regulator. That feeds the Barry Grant 750 Reaction Time Carb (Flows 1040CM through a 750 throttle body to maintain a strong vacuum signal at low RPM per BG design), on match ported Edlebrock Performer RPM Dual Plane Intake.
