The 289ci V8 was rebuilt, a Tremec five-speed manual transmission was installed, and the 8â³ rear end was overhauled with a limited-slip differential. Power-assisted front disc brakes were also installed, and the car has 15â³ US Wheel alloys, a dual exhaust system, front bucket seats, and a Real Audio stereo. The 15â³ US Wheel alloys are mounted with 245/60 BFGoodrich tires. A dual-circuit master cylinder and brake booster was installed in April 2020, at which time the upper ball joints were replaced and the front wheel bearings were repacked. The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl as well as a center console. Instrumentation consists of a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, amperage, and coolant temperature. Total mileage is unknown, and the horn does not work. The C-code 289ci V8 was bored and rebuilt with ARP hardware, Sealed Power rings, a COMP Cams camshaft, performance pushrods, roller rockers, and Edelbrock aluminum heads. The long-tube headers were treated with Cerakote, and the gas tank, alternator, and radiator were replaced. A Monte Carlo bar spans the engine bay.
