This 1979 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am was retrofitted in 2020 with a 5. 7-liter LS1 V8 and a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission. Finished in Starlight Black over black vinyl, it also has a limited-slip differential, lowered suspension, power steering, Wilwood disc brakes, digital instruments, a Bluetooth-capable stereo, and air conditioning. Exterior equipment includes a shaker hood with Firebird graphics as well as rear window louvers, and quad exhaust outlets. The reversing lights are not connected. The 15â³ snowflake-style alloy wheels are mounted with 255/60 Cooper Cobra tires. The suspension is lowered approximately 1â³ with Hotchkis components, and Wilwood brake calipers are fitted over cross-drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners. The bucket seats are trimmed in black vinyl over dark carpets, and the cabin has air conditioning, a retro-look stereo with Bluetooth connectivity, and power windows. The heater core is not connected. The three-spoke steering wheel fronts an engine-turned instrument bezel with digital gauges.
