The car is powered by a 298cc single paired with a four-speed manual transaxle and is finished in red with a white roof over beige vinyl. The car was repainted red with a white roof following the completion of metal repairs in 2024. The windshield wiper motor was rebuilt and a replacement white folding canvas roof was also installed at at that time along with a replacement door seal and hinges, engine cover seal, and headlights. Additional features include a vented door, a parcel rack, chrome-finished nerf bars, sliding side windows, and a driver-side mirror. The Isetta features a coil-spring suspension up front and leaf springs out back, and stopping power is provided by hydraulically actuated drum brakes. The horn is inoperative. The steering wheel is mounted on a hinged column and frames a dash pod with a reverse-sweep 60-mph speedometer as well as a shifter on the left.
