The truck is finished in tan with green fenders and accents over brown upholstery, and power comes from a 216. 5ci inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a 12-volt electrical system, turn signals, a driver-side spotlight, running boards, a clamshell tailgate, a custom rear bumper, LED taillights, a trailer hitch, and wood-slat cargo floors. The second-generation Carryall Suburban debuted for the 1941 model year and was offered as both the Model 3116 with a clamshell tailgate and the Model 3106 with rear cargo doors. Production was interrupted during the 1942 model year due to World War II and resumed for 1946. There is rust on the front bumper, and the windshield wiper arms are missing. Green-painted steel wheels wear chrome Chevrolet-branded hubcaps with red accents, and they are mounted with 7. 50–15 Denman tires. A spare wheel is mounted beneath the rear cargo floor. The second-generation Carryall Suburban rode on a 115″ wheelbase and featured solid axles with leaf springs at each corner.
