This 1972 Lotus Europa Twin Cam was restored between 2016 and 2019. The fiberglass body was repaired and repainted in Lotus Yellow, the twin-cam 1. 6L inline-four and four-speed manual gearbox were rebuilt, the steel chassis was powder-coated, the factory wheels were refinished, and the interior was recarpeted in black. The fiberglass bodywork was repaired at Vintage Auto Works in Hatboro, Pennsylvania and the side markers were also shaved. The car was then repainted in Lotus Yellow. Additional work included re-plating the brightwork and replacing the windshield and weatherstripping. The windshield washers do not work. Factory 13″ alloy wheels were refinished by Crimson Wheel Repair in Edison, New Jersey, and wear Toyo Extensa A/S tires. The cockpit features black vinyl seats and door panels and was fitted with Automat carpets, Lotus-branded floor mats, a refinished wood dashboard, and a fire extinguisher. Instrumentation includes a tachometer with a 6,500-rpm redline, a 140-mph speedometer, and gauges for amperage, oil pressure, temperature, and fuel level.
