The vehicle was acquired in 2021 by the selling dealer, who installed a Jet Motors turbo kit onto the vehicle’s 848cc inline-four. The kit includes a Garrett GT15 turbocharger, an aluminum intake plenum, a blow-off valve, a turbo header pipe, and a downpipe as well as electronic ignition, an alternator conversion, and a heavy-duty starter. Finished in white over black upholstery, the car is also equipped with a four-speed manual transaxle, an HIF44 SU carburetor, 1. 5:1 roller-tip rocker arms, an engine stabilizer, front disc brakes, finned rear drum brakes, adjustable lower control arms and tie rods, body-color steel wheels, chrome hubcaps, a bikini top, cupholders, grab handles, removable Bluetooth speakers, and a Moto-Lita steering wheel. The car left the factory finished in Old English White and has been repainted. It features a replacement black bimini-style top, steel top bows, body-color tubular bumpers, Union Jack badging, dual side mirrors, and round taillights and rear reflectors. The car has a single windshield wiper. Body-color 10″ steel wheels with chrome hubcaps are mounted with 165/70 Falken FK-07E tires, and a matching spare is attached to the rear of the vehicle. Cooper S–style 7. 5” disc brakes are fitted at the front, and the rear brakes are finned drums.
