Featuring coachwork from Pininfarina, the car is finished in blue over a retrimmed interior with beige leather upholstery and wood trim. Power comes from a fuel-injected 1. 8L flat-four paired with a four-speed manual transaxle, and further equipment includes 15” steel wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, and an independent front suspension with Koni shocks. The Flavia saloon debuted in 1961, and for the following model year the Pininfarina-designed coupe joined the lineup riding on a shortened wheelbase. Notable changes included round front indicator lights, kinked quarter windows, and bright trim extending along the top of vestigial rear fins.
